If you need to buy or sell a home, you couldn’t make a better decision than to trust Anthony to get you through the process. Most recently, he helped us sell our home in a very hot seller’s market and navigated us through multiple offers with a lot of tricky details. He is attentive to every detail and will go out of his way to make a frustrating process as painless as possible. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

The Gulley Brothers are highly recommended in my book. Great experience with communication. Both Anthony and Alex helped us throughout the process and with a speedy sale. I’m a very happy seller!

Anthony has been a true responsible Realtor. We live in New York and sold and purchased another house in Texas using Anthony’s skills and knowledge. He was wonderful and beyond expectations. Lots of patience. A true professional with lots of knowledge.

How support works

Your dashboard and Perk operations are the routine workflow layer. A licensed broker supervises brokerage activity and reviews defined high-risk decisions and exceptions.

Operations handles

  • • intake and listing-prep coordination
  • • document collection and routine status updates
  • • showing, photography, and marketing coordination

Broker review

  • • pricing and representation decisions
  • • disclosures, compliance, and sensitive exceptions
  • • offers, negotiation, and legal-risk escalations
  • • unhappy-seller or active-transaction exceptions

Flag time-sensitive active-transaction issues in the dashboard so operations can prioritize the handoff. Broker involvement occurs through required review or scheduled escalation, not an always-on personal support channel. Send routine requests through your dashboard or the communication channel confirmed by Perk. Time-sensitive active-transaction issues are prioritized and escalated to the supervising broker when required.

If a seller does not close with Perk, the commitment fee is not refunded or credited elsewhere, subject to the governing agreement. Perk will provide the agreement for review before any commitment payment. Paid onboarding is not yet available.
